OUR STORY<\/h3>\t\t\t

UB RENTALS<\/span>\u00a0was founded by Marlon Browar, a University at Buffalo-alumni with a B.S. in Business Administration and ambitious investor in the University Heights market who was featured in the UB Spectrum.<\/span><\/p>\n

After years of acquiring properties in the area, we knew that other landlords weren’t putting their tenants and students first. It was ineffective.<\/p>\n

We re-imagined the relationship between landlord and renter, brought together an exceptional team, and implemented modern software to empower the dialog that will help tenants live better, happier lives at our properties.<\/p>\n

Board-certified in family medicine, he is also a Diplomate of the American Board of Clinical Lipidology, specializing in the treatment of cholesterol and other lipid disorders. His clinical passion is the prevention of cardiovascular disease and the maintenance of optimum health throughout life.<\/p><\/div>
