About us

A track record of tenant satisfaction.

Our team is led by best-in-area in tenant communication, payment processing and maintenance.

Working with local real estate experts, we’re just beginning our journey to improve the quality and affordability of University Living

We became landlords to help students. Then we built UB RENTALS to help us do it better.

OUR STORY

UB RENTALS was founded by Marlon Browar, a University at Buffalo-alumni with a B.S. in Business Administration and ambitious investor in the University Heights market who was featured in the UB Spectrum.

After years of acquiring properties in the area, we knew that other landlords weren’t putting their tenants and students first. It was ineffective.

We re-imagined the relationship between landlord and renter, brought together an exceptional team, and implemented modern software to empower the dialog that will help tenants live better, happier lives at our properties.

Our mission is to make student housing more comfortable and affordable for all. This is the future of student living, with you at the center.
